Having Trouble becoming member.

I am having trouble getting member. I don't know if i am supposed to apply or anything. Do I just make my account and wait to become member.
Is all i have to do is make an account. Cause if it is. I am wondering when I am gonna be member rank. :(

If there is an op or higher rank on, ask them to make you a member.
