Well, back in the day ;) When I joined the server just peaked over 2 years ago now, one of the previous admins on the server, Nikita, invited me from the test servers which were once running on the minecraft website, she told me to sign up for the whitelist and see how I got on. And I haven't regerted it since.

Me and lego joined about the same time. February 2012 I believe.Found it from some YouTube promo for the server. Don't believe it exists anymore.

I was bored of big servers with thousands of players
who are either to op cause they spend so much money for perks making MC not really fun
I ended up finding this one
and played a little under 2 years now
No Regrets.

I found it early last year, same situation as dave those big servers didn't really care about players unless they donated i just got sick of it and went looking for a small server. No regrets.

I've played this server with my friend justintrouble he told me the old ip for the server and now the ips different I joined around February 2012 or march I think. :)

I joined this server in December 2012. I didn't come from a huge server like Dave and Pujols but nonetheless they're not my favorite type.

I was admin on another server... a good friend of mine decided she didn't like that server anymore, so we left... i found this one (not sure how, probably adds) ... only wish that i left the other server sooner =D

i remember being staff on a large server one of the main reasons i left was of "can i have op" every 30 seconds
