I've been on the server for only two days, but I managed to get really lucky on digging my mineshaft, ran into 3 different diamond veins in pretty quickly. An op must have seen it (impishmonkey was the one who banned me) and thought I was xraying, but it was completely legitimate. Just really lucky.
as for those ban appeal questions, no, no, no, no, no.
So, it looks like a cool server, be nice if I could get unbanned. My ingame name is the same as on here, tribon.
