New Requirement for Trusted.

I think there should be a new requirement to become a trusted on the server. This new requirement should be that you should have at least 25 forum posts. I have heard rumors for a requirement requiring you to be active on the forums. I at least want to make this true. I'm not saying current trusteds+ should get demoted.

The only official requirement is that you must have signed up to become a Member before you can earn Trusted, there is no requirement to use the forum to earn the Trusted rank.
But using the forum, and getting known to the community will slightly improve your chances of earning it.

We won't be adding any new requirements, our current system is fine.
