I have an idea. For one of the towns, lets say northtown. I make a little complex, with one furnace, crafting bench, and a double chest. once I finish making it, someone would world guard it, so no one can break it. When someone lives in it, they pay the owner of the building. Lets say I sell the permit, (written in a book and quill) that says "the owner of this book is the legal person who owns this complex. Each room is priced at $500 a month. Good idea?
