Perm Ban for advertising in game

I have benn perm banned by carrot_gal14 for advertising in-game. Before i did this I checked the rules in-game nothing said about advertising so i advertised i would like to have an answer on why i was banned as this was handled in correctly

If you actually read through the rules you would see rule number 3 - Use common sense.
Not advertising a server would be common sense. A server does not spend time and money for players to get free advertising off of them.

Yeah.. I didn't add it as a rule because I thought it was a pretty obvious thing. If you'd like, I can add every single law to the /rules as well?

As I stated before, No advertising falls under the rule Use common sense. This is your fourth ban, and it shall stay permanent.
