also with this being said, along with what deekay and impish have said. If you felt this was a racist skin, you could have came to me or a staff member and told us. It is not your jobs to enforce rules on players and "convince" them in a forceful manner to change a skin. Seeing as not everyone sees the skin as a racist one, It seems its a matter of opinion to say its racist/ offensive or not.

Griefed many blocks around the map? Nuh uh! We didnt delete any blocks other than the one under his feet, then we replaced it. No other blocks were destroyed around the map, so theres that. Also, we didn't 'convince' him in a forceful manner to change his skin, we simply asked him to.
