Since using @Operator in the Minecraft in-game chat works through Discord (even if you don't have discord), I was thinking that the message that says 'Need help? Use /helpop [message]' could be changed to say 'Need help? Use /helpop [message] or type @Operator for assistance!'
The '/helpop [message]' part is highlighted red, and '@Operator' could be light blue (like in Discord) or it could also be highlighted red.
