There's a special breed of feline, known as a tortoise shell. Supposedly impossible to be allergic.

I also heard that about Siamese cats but never tested it... Cuz I don't know anyone personally that has one..

I have a siamese Cat. Omg that looks ust like Mine but mine has a white Splotch on his chest, and is a bit darker. the ones with like No Hair, those aren't commonly allergic too. The applehead ones, (Like the one in the Picture.) Those shed A Lotttt! they are the sweetest of the Siamese Family, and love to play Fetch, but if you are allergic to cat hair, the applehead wouldn't be the one for you, but most Hairless cats, or ones with very small hair, are harder to be allergic too.
