Possible wither arena?

I think that there should be a place where the wither would spawn say every twelve hours so that players can get beacons. I don't see anything wrong with beacons in the world and they have a benefit on those who can get them.

That would ruin the difficulty of gathering skulls, which is a large part of getting to the wither. If we had it spawn on a time interval beacons would be everywhere within a week. =p
