its not necessarily the sponge material itself or what it looks like, its just a pain to figure out where to put them so they arnt visible. And while the sponge system isn't perfect, I don't think it really needs to be ditched. It could use some improvement though.. are there any other solutions to having ugly blocks stick out around your build? Also, wouldnt you just forget where you placed your sponge if you made it invisible?

for a huge build, like a tower for example, there isn't really any place to stick a sponge where it isn't visible, it becomes a building challenge to find a place to put them that's hidden.

Hiding blocks also allow the opportunity to make invisible walls, which come with their own positives and negatives.. but I think it cold be cool as well, and I agree that protection sponges are a bit difficult to work with, especially on big builds.

Why you should become a moderator: I am a pretty active and friendly player to all. I would give the staff better coverage because I am often on when no staff are present. Just letting you know, because the school year has started, if you want a commission it will take me much longer to complete due to having little time. However, if you catch me on a vacation day/week, then I will most likely be open. I'm also now taking 16000 in game money for a commission, but you can still pay with 20 diamonds if you prefer. Thanks!
