with all the new blocks, items and other useful items coming out within the next update is there going to be any new changes to the server? like will dispensers be banned because of their new abilities?, what will happen with trapped chests, will there be a /lwc for them? will hoppers be banned because of their ability to take items out of chests/dispensers/furnaces/brewing stands? what about minecart tnt? also will the nether be expanded to allow chunks to include quartz? and will the quartz block be added to the shops?
(so many questions lol)

I was having the same questions. I would really like the quartz, but the nether simply doesn't have it. Plus, I have worries about the new trap abilities and hidden possibilities. I also recommend EVERYONE to check whats around ANY chest before opening or placing anything inside.

I'm not 100% sure what changes will be made regarding hoppers and the new dispensers.
The new chest type will eventually be lockable via LWC.
Minecart tnt will most likely act the same way as normal tnt, in that it wont cause damage upon exploding.
The Nether doesn't currently have a border, so people will be free to explore all they like.

the new dispencers are called dropers. they don't shoot arrows, throw potions ect. they drop the item like it would be if you dropped something. also an idea i had for the hoppers were that they can't take items out of chests, ect without the owner /lwc them

theres detailed information on the minecraft wiki about everything thats coming out in the next update, theres also lots of youtube videos regarding the update as well
