 Hi, I was thinking a shoutbox could be implemented on forums... if people misbehaved, they would be banned from forums? I can't always get on MC and IRC takes a while to open and shduff so why not have a shoutbox on forums? Open to forum members only, though.

No, there's usually a shoutbox in every forum thingy. SMF has shoutbox.

I wouldn't have a problem adding this, but I rarely see more than a few people on the forums at a time, so I don't really think the shoutbox would be used all that often.

That's true, but like some people want to post stuff without boosting their post count and the shoutbox would be the place to do that
