Title: Lockable items and what-not

Thread for lockable items and anything else to suggest.

First suggestino for locks, is:
Enderchests, and
Enchanting tables.

Sometimes I lose my enchanting table so maybe we could have an auto-public lock in it?

Enderchests will be lockable as soon as LWC updates for that.
