The City of Aquarius

Positions:
Mayor & Vice-Mayor: There is one Mayor and a Co-Mayor. They rule the city and make official city decisions. They can kick any player from the city and destroy any unconstitutional structures. They vote in city council votes, they count as 2 each. These players are the Chief Jurors of the Grand Jury.
Max Count = 3.
Governor: These players assist the Mayor and Co-Mayor in making decisions. They also vote in city council votes, they count as 1 each. These players are Staff Jurors of the Grand Jury
Max Count = 2.
Players below this point must pay taxes.
City Councilmen: These players are in the council to make official decisions. They vote in council votes and count as 1 each. These players are Jurors of the Grand Jury.
Max Count = 5.
Watch Guards: These players are like doormen. They make sure only citizens are coming through the CITIZEN ONLY entrance.
Merchants: These players build shops and sell their goods to the general public. They make a living of other players buying their items.
Max Count = Based On Space.
Landlords: These players own land and build houses. They sell these houses to players that cannot build their own.
Max Count = Based On Space.
Residents & Peasants: These players own houses, do general business in the city and beg for money.
Max Count = Based On Space.

Taxing System:
Everyone must pay taxes except for Mayor, Co-Mayor, and Governors. You must deposit your iron in the hoppers above your chest in the taxing center. The equation for Aquarius taxing is; the number of plots you own X your position (peasant/resident is 2, landlord is 3, merchant is 4, watch guard is 5, councilmen is 6) = Your Tax in Iron
This means 0 plots = 0 tax. Remember you can share plots with friends but you must both be citizens. You will pay your tax however you want with your friend. If you do not have a plot for more than 1 month you will be kicked out.
