Hello,
I have been on this server for several years now. I have recently been banned for "xraying" by Lissy. I have never done this before on any other server. I can assure you I am not a hacker in any way.

Just to be clear, I spent a while before making the ban, because I wanted to be sure. now as I was exploring the stripmine/maze of which you were mining in, I found the 1st diamond area to be highly suspicious since you had to break at least 4 or 5 stone to even see the diamond, not to mention, the pattern of which you were mining in was not consistant. Heres the 1st location:

Now I went exploring a few blocks down to find this hallway (http://imgur.com/6AujJoE,illqPap) which leads to diamonds(http://i.imgur.com/illqPap.png), again, pretty random to just branch off into more diamonds. But even then I wanted to be 100% sure that this did indeed look like xray.

While exploring a bit more I found this last area (http://imgur.com/l4KjlZ6) This had no pattern mining, it was a full wall in which you decided to break right into more diamonds. Even then, I got 2 more opinions from 2 moderators on at the time, just to be sure. After they also confirmed It looked like xray, I then decided to make the final decision in banning you for Xray.

I understand what strip mining is, but the fact that you consistently mined in straight lines, then randomly branched off into diamonds just didn't look right.

Lissy, when I strip mine I randomly pick a spot to go mining. Then I randomly dig along the paths I make. I don't know how I can convince you to believe me, but I'm not xraying. I have been here for several years and I love this server. I would never do anything that could get me banned. I am willing to do anything to get unbanned.

I know you been on the server for a very long time, which is why I also took a lot of time before making the ban. Even so, Ill take your trust on this one,However, seeing as you were also a former mod, you should know better that ban evading is not tolerated. I was going to just pardon you completely, but since you ban evaded, I reduced it to 5days from now.
