Ok, Let's make a newspaper for the one and only dkcraft! :) If you would like to contribute to make this possible then pm me on the forums of what you can do. ;)

Well according to my English teacher, Social Studies teacher, and 4th grade teacher, I have an aptitude for writing. Although I myself personally feel like writing is a nuisance. I prefer making graphics a lot more, but my computer has been dead for the past few months. But I digress.

I would like to be part of this newspaper-it sounds wicked. But I'm not quite sure what role I would like. Perhaps you could post a list of available paths I could take in this newspaper business, and I'll try to determine which one fits me the most?

This is a brilliant idea though. I love it.

 Well we need the basics of course, Someone to find stories and someone to write them. But we could add optional things like comics, an advice column, etc..
We don't even need to have every single thing in the first issue. We can add things as time goes on.
So pm me if you would like to do the job (or came up with a new job) :)

they don't have to be bad issues, they could be little things like a new person joining or someone becoming a member, There should even be a "cool builds" column

ok, i'm still setting things up and have got some people asking to join in so we'll get started soon. I'm thinking of using Google Docs since it allows you to go and edit things at the same time and saves automatically. I'll give the link to those of you that are helping as soon as I find a good template.

I'd make an account specifically for this, seeing as anyone will be able to get the email by asking.

Aye Blood so I started working on the template like I told you to but whenever I tried converting it to Google Docs, it didn't support it so it ended up looking really lame. Otherwise, here is how it looks like so far:

Awesome! I was just thinking of a normal white background but an image background is cool too. Is it horizontal? I'd like 2 or 3 pages which turn horizontally.

It is horizontal. The image turned out quite big. You have to move it to see it fully. Also, It can be however many pages you want it to be. I can put a white background as well?it's your idea to begin with. If you want to add/remove anything in especific feel free to tell me. I really don't mind changing it.

that's sounds good but keep in mind there's not always gonna be that many stories.

But I really would suggest getting rid of the bottom two boxes and makes lengthening the side boxes slightly, because the bottom two go off the page and it looks awkward. 5 boxes is plenty, in my honest opinion. There's not always a lot going on at the server.

Yeah, I'm currently working on it right now on Google Docs since Blood wants everyone who's taking part in this project to work on it together. Once I have the rough draft he can choose how to arrange the boxes. Right now the boxes are the least of my worries, tho.

Since people want to work on it their own way either we work together or we present you with final products at the end and you choose which template will be used. If I'm not mistaken you still want it in Google Docs, yes?
