Title: MC Complex

I have an idea. For one of the towns, lets say northtown. I make a little complex, with one furnace, crafting bench, and a double chest. once I finish making it, someone would world guard it, so no one can break it. When someone lives in it, they pay the owner of the building. Lets say I sell the permit, (written in a book and quill) that says "the owner of this book is the legal person who owns this complex. Each room is priced at $500 a month. Good idea?

You are allowed to make them, and do whatever you want with what you build.
But nothing will be world guarded unless it's an official build for the server, which this won't be.
