I shall not grief the work of another resident's in the city unless given permission from that resident or the mayor. Any griefing I do will be reported to the town committee and I will be kicked from the town with a low chance of even being accepted again.
I will follow orders from the Mayor and Vice Mayor, always or risk getting my perks taken off for a week or two. If I refuse to do so, I will be kicked from the city,
I must contribute at least a little for the hard-working town committee and our builders. A contribution would be, maybe a few dollars. A stack of beef. A stack of stone. Although I will not donate useless items, for example dirt.
I will follow these rules as long as I am a citizen of Silver Birch City.
To be a builder. Note: The resident applications are different from the builder applications. Builder applications will remain open- always. Please, if you are a good builder and are already a citizen, apply!

I will be a dedicated builder and build when necessary. I will only build things with the permission of Afro _Rick or Carrot _Gal14. Perks:
Mayor: Has all perks, wether to kick, accept, etc. people from the city. Makes choices that are best for the city with help from the town committee. Has all power of the city.
Vice Mayor: Has all the perks of Mayor except cannot kick players from the city. Attends town committee meetings.
City Official: Is a resident which attends town council meetings to help the Mayor and Vice Mayor.
Head Builder: An experienced builder promoted by the Mayor. Can build wherever he/she wants, and is "boss" of other builders.
Donors: Unfortunately do not have any special perks. Of a donor is any other rank in the city, they still have the perks of that other rank. But these are donations,not purchases that you have given to SBC.
Residents: Have access to SBC-Only places.
This city is small, but it's expanding!
We will be applying for project protection once our city is larger and better. Help us by joining!
Our builders are currently working on an irongolem statue.
Sometimes to save space on signs, the name of the city will be shortened to "SB City".
