Title: Skeletons Have Horable Aims.

This I find funny about skeletons: if you stand still a few blocks from one, they can't hit you. XD

maybe it's because of the dirt block thing around neklusa.
The skeleton AI makes it so that skeletons aim where they thing you will move next...

If I had taken the dirt away, the skeleton would only hit neklusa one every 10 or 20 shots
