Title: Colored signs

Today I decided I wanted to make colored signs. I looked up how to do it but it won't work. Is it a trusted and up thing? I know its possible on the server (thanks Carrot :D) but I just wanna make some.

Sorry about the necro-ish post, but this question pertains to this topic, so I'll post it here. I was wondering how you are supposed to change the colors on the signs?

In order to collor sign you need to enter a color code then your message, the color code will collor everything in front of it a certain collor on that line The codes are
