The server has been updated to 1.7.2, so feel free to update your clients and connect! Warning:Minecraft 1.7 is one of the most involved updates to date, with Mojang having touched a reported ~220k+ lines of code. As a result, a significant amount of the code base has shifted making it difficult to ensure any stability with regards to Craftbukkit. That being said, this is an extreme development build, so please report and bugs you come across here! Known issues: Disguisecraft (mob disguises) has been disabled - waiting for an update.Dynmap (live map) has been disabled - troubleshooting problems.CraftIRC (IRC chat) has been disabled - troubleshooting problems.

Unfortunately there will be no top voters for November. Our host went through some maintenance at the start of the month, and because of that, our servers IP changed entirely.
This meant all the IP's in the servers configs became outdated, which in turn rendered some of the servers features inactive - one of those features being the vote logging.
I apologise for this, as I should have been more aware of this happening.
Thank you to all who voted in November anyway, your votes always matter.

So I thought I'd give a quick update on the 1.7 update, as I'm sure you're all anxious to start playing with the new features and such. If you don't follow Bukkit and it's process, I'll give a short rundown on how it works: - Mojang release a new Minecraft update. This is essentially what you see on single player.
- Bukkit takes the code from the update and 'translates' it for CraftBukkit, which is the software used for servers, and contains all the vital code for a server to function (players joining, plugins running, etc)
So before we can update, it's all up to Bukkit to release a stable version of CraftBukkit for 1.7. Considering it's been almost a month since the release of 1.7, I'm certain Bukkit are close to releasing the first build for 1.7. What are the plans for DKCraft? (New blocks, biomes, features, etc)This had been talked about among staff even before the release of 1.7. After much though, we will not be resetting/wiping the current world, instead we will simply be adding a brand new 1.7 world. It's hard to please everyone, so I think this decision was the best choice for everyone. You will have access to new biomes, as well as being able to go from 1 world to the other. The server will be updated as soon as an available CraftBukkit build is available. Cheers.

Hey guys, the server has been updated to 1.6.4. Make sure to update your launcher version if you haven't already. Please report any bugs, as this is only a development build. Known Issues: Mob disguises are broken- Items such as doors and trap doors are occasionally difficult to open and close

Greetings! We've decided it would be a nice idea if we produced some custom t-shirts for the server. This is where we need you!
No t-shirt is complete without a fancy looking graphic for it, so we'd like to see what some of you can come up with!
So if you're feeling up to the task, here are some important guidelines you must follow:
The theme for your graphic is DKCraft, so your image must contain the word 'DKCraft'. Everything else is up to you!
Remember it's for a t-shirt, so think about the proportions before you start.
Before you start:
- You can use any graphics software that supports PNG files.
- The canvas dimensions must be 3200 (height) x 2400 (width) pixels in size.
- Recommended resolution is 300 pixels/inch.
- The colour mode must be in RGB format, and 8-bit.
- The background must be transparent.
When you're finished:
- Before you export the image, make sure your entire background is transparent with no white spots/extra pixels around the image.
- Simply export the image as a PNG file, and make sure it's exported with RGB colour mode.
- Attach your image to a reply below, or additionally you can send it to me via a personal message.
- Do NOT upload it to places like imgur, as it may drastically decrease the quality of your image.
Rewards!
There will be only one winner, and for winning they will receive:
- Their print on the t-shirts.
- A free finished t-shirt sent to them (shipping included).
- $30 to spend in the DKCraft donation store.
End Date:
All entries must be submitted before 16th October 2013.
All money will go towards running the server.

We've been able to restore the forum back to it's working state (finally)
You will now be able to sign into your original accounts using your old details. Anyone who registered an account between 1st August til now will need to re-register.
