Due to the 1.12 update breaking a few of our plugins I was required to remove the plugin that handled the vote messages and money reward.
The vote points however were not affected, bar the votes made on the "Minestatus" site, which is currently not rewarding votes. (I have since updated its link on the vote page to reflect this)
I overlooked this when updating the server, apologies for any missed votes. I'm currently working on deploying a fix to handle the issues mentioned above.
